CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM PUERTO PEÑASCO TIME CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM PUERTO PEÑASCO TIME You may not check in before 4:00 PM and you may not check out later than 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. Unapproved late check out will be at a charge of $25.00 U.S. dollars per hour. No refunds for early checkout, weather conditions or loss of power/water. OUR OFFICE HOURS AND PHONE NUMBERS: Office hours: Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 5 pm Friday - Saturday: 9 am - 8 pm Sunday: 10 am - 4 pm Mexican Office: 011-52-638-388-0099 US Internet Phone: (602) 445-6222 SECURITY DEPOSIT - You WILL be required to provide at check-in the same VISA/MasterCard number used to book your reservation to be used as a security deposit in case of any property damage found during condo inspection. Deductions will be made for any missing items including and not limited to; kitchen, linen, and decoration items, as well as for property damage. Deductions will also be made for lights and A/C-heat units left on and for windows and doors left open or unlocked noticed when inspection is being conducted. You are responsible for any and all damages that occur to the property or it's contents by you or any other member of your group while you are the registered occupant of the property. If we discover that there has been damage to the property or it's contents during your stay we will capture an amount from your credit card to cover the estimated cost of repairs. The amount we capture will be an estimate and may be more than the actual cost of repairs. We will provide a statement of the damages and the cost of the repairs after they have been completed. If there is a refund due it will be returned to the credit card after all repairs have been made. If we are unable to collect the necessary funds from your credit card you agree to allow us to seek restitution in a US court in the state if Arizona. Payment Policy - We only accept credit card payments Visa and Master Card. We break our payments down into three payments. At the time of booking a reservation, we charge $200.00 USD to hold the room. Within sixty (60) days of your arrival we will charge the equivalent to 50% of the total of the reservation cost. Within thirty (30) days of your arrival, we will charge the remaining 50% balance of the reservation cost. Any reservation made within thirty (30) days of your arrival date will be charged in full. Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy - Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before sixty (60) calendar days of your check in date will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee. This will be subtracted from the initial payment. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days will result in a charge of fifty percent (50%) of your total payment due. Cancellation within thirty (30) days will result in a charge of one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment due. There are no refunds for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for holiday dates including Spring Break. CHANGES TO RESERVATION - Note that any changes to this reservation will be charged at $20. OCCUPANCY - Each condo has a maximum occupancy as well as a maximum number of adults that are allowed in the room without an extra charge. You will be charged at check-in for any extra adults in the room beyond the adult limit up to the occupancy limit. The charge for extra adult per night is $20.00 (USD). Each rental is designed to sleep a specific number of people (maximum occupancy): You will be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental then you listed on your reservation. 1B/1B max. occupancy 4 people; 2 Adults/ 2 Children 12 and under PLEASE RETURN KEYS TO OUR OFFICE - The Castaways office is located near the Penasco Del Sol Hotel. After you arrive in Rocky Point, continue through town until you come to the large Pedestrian Over Pass with all the green direction signs and turn right. Cross the railroad tracks and continue straight. Right before you approach the Penasco Del Sol Hotel make the last possible right. There is a small strip mall on the right side with 6 units and our office is at the far end, opposite the Thrifty Ice Cream store. We are across the street from the SeaSide office. |
