Palacio Del Mar is located Ocean Front along the Sonoran Coastline in the Mirador district of Rocky Point. There are 50 total condominiums planned with Phase I consists of 15 - 3 bedroom condos. Phase II includes 35 - 2 bedroom condominiums and is nearly completed and condos are already being occupied. Gated entrance with 24 hour security.
